Everyone has a story, their own set of complex dynamics and situations that they grew up with, these shape their understanding of how to stay safe and how to survive and thrive at a base level and this shapes them and their behaviours as youngsters. They move into young adulthood and then as they grown up they have additional experiences that will have further moulded them including the cultures at the workplaces they’ve come in contact with. This all shapes their beliefs and the values that guide their lives, make them happy or sad, productive or checked out, capable of change and learning or stuck, fearful or fearless, team player or loaner, compliant or recalcitrant, safe or reckless. These traits exhibited at work can often be oxymoronic and do not serve the individual or the organisation causing anything from occasional behavioural issues to all-round conflict and disruption so that the organisation may tire of even in the most promising and talented of employees.
Maybe the individual themselves feels challenged and unconfident or needs help with social skills or to become resilient in a particular situation that they don’t feel able or willing to share with colleagues or their manager and is preventing them from flourishing or performing and is negatively affecting their wellbeing. Neuro-Coaching may well be the answer, especially if issues or unhappiness continue post the Wellbeing and Performance educational events.
Neuro-Coaching is fast acting and supportive and can be therapeutic in nature, as well as cathartic but always confidential and always highly effective.
Neuro-Clinics are offered indrop-in:- Open (drop in) and Closed (pre-booked)
Neuro-Clinics: 5 x 1 hr sessions per Wellbeing and Performance Coach – 9.30 to 5pm.
Following on from The Wellbeing and Performance Seminars and once everyone has the collective base knowledge, brain hacks and knows how to exert personal mind control, we put on closed coaching clinics and or drop in clinics to provide remedial and supportive coaching to help embed the knowledge at a deeper level of those who show higher levels of risk or mental sensitivity, which is affecting their levels of wellbeing and performance. These 1 hour sessions allow our Wellbeing and Performance coaches to deal with a specific issue that needs addressing. The coachee comes out of their session with a simple personal toolkit and an action plan to help them sustain the effect. Having neutralised the issue, the coachee returns to work healthier more robust and with coping strategies that increase resilience, performance, productivity and social skills.
The coachee may wish to attend more than one open clinic or need to be booked into a series of 3 – 6 slots at our coaching clinics. This is to address higher risk level employees.
Executive Neuro –coaching:
There will be high worth individuals in the organisation who are feeling challenged unconfident or who are struggling due to some significant occurrence or because they are working in a high-pressure role. They may be a superstar who has lost their edge or has behavioural or interpersonal issues or they may be a key critical team member who is showing high-risk levels of stress or mental sensitivity and the organisation needs to provide an intervention to prevent burn out and sickness under their duty of care banner. It is likely that in these instances the EAP service will not be appropriate or capable of dealing with these issues and the result of not addressing their needs will be Presenteeism, sickness absence and ultimately finally potentially the individual going off on long-term sick leave or leaving the business altogether. For these individuals, we would recommend our Wellbeing and Performance Executive Neuro –Coaching Pathway. These are 7 x 1-hour sessions to go deeper into the issues and neutralise them at the core, neural rewire for a stronger more flexible mindset and set them on a performance pathway with renewed drive, focus and the ability to build concrete certainty of success and reward. This incredibly powerful coaching intervention will re-energise and transform individuals in as little as 7 weeks.
