- Explanation of AQR psychometric measures, increasing the individuals understanding of their personal assessment
- To identify the differing strengths and skills within the group and how they can be positively utilised within the team
- Building a team culture within the group which will enhance individual and organisational wellbeing
- To discuss the impact of stress in the workplace and identify the potential indicators of individuals slipping into Mental Health crisis
- To provide coping strategies that will reduce stress levels
Wellbeing for all – Session 3hr

- To identify the group view of the wellbeing culture of the organisation

These activities will be tailored to the needs of the team to maximise return on investment.
The sessions can be stand alone or part of a development package dependent on the needs of the group or the requirements of the organisation, each session will be totally bespoke and will encompass far more than shown above but this will give you a small snippet of the things we hope to cover in a session.
