It works very well online – see examples below of testimonials we have already received based on the courses held so far (more below):
“Very well presented, good interaction, strong supporting information on the presentation. The personal experience and knowledge from the instructor was captivating, endearing and empathetic enabling thought-provoking contributions from participants, making it a very worthwhile, informative and enjoyable learning experience”
“To be honest , this was and still is the longest Zoom meeting/slash training I’ve done online and I was not looking forward to the 4 hr time frame. However, with the mix of videos, slides, break out rooms and Adrian’s delivery and undoubted skill set in this field the interest kept up there throughout. An enjoyable course that certainly enhanced my understanding of Mental Health. I would also suggest it has made me better equipped to recognise and deal with situations going forward.”
(Price for this course will be £75 plus vat pp). At the end of the course, you will be posted a certificate from MHFA England and a manual of all the course content for your reference and sent a logo that you can use on your email signatures, website or literature.
Adrian Thomas, who is one of our associate coaches, will deliver the course and is a fully trained Mental Health England instructor.

Testimonials:
“I believed I was able to help people with mental health because I was such a strong capable character. Taking this course made me realise that I am far from helpful and been dealing with matters completely inappropriately, albeit my intentions were good. Adrian the instructor was excellent. His ability to explain and talk us through each section of the course was wonderful. For me personally, it was as if the course was all about me and how I was feeling. I have never before suffered from depression or anxiety. This current issue of COVID-19 together with many other challenges I have dealt with have left me in an awful place mentally. This course gave me all the information, help and guidance I needed not only to help myself but those around me who may be suffering. I can’t thank Adrian enough and for me having the course online enabled me to go through the emotions in privacy and not sitting in a room full of strangers. I believe everyone should at some point take this course and benefit from all it can teach and provide. An essential tool to have in today’s society and workplace”
“An excellent course which was brilliantly delivered. The pace was perfect and it worked really well on Zoom, with Adrian being really proficient with making it all work. I felt he handled all of the questions really sensitively. I felt I already knew quite a bit about MH before this course due to previous work roles, however, I learnt a lot of new things on this course and finished it feeling far more confident about MH and supporting people. Thank you”
